摘要
良好的胃肠功能对动物生产性能、健康至关重要。胃肠道生物标志物可用来监测动物胃肠道疾病的发展和严重程度,在动物的饲养中发挥重要作用。影响动物胃肠健康的因素众多,且各因素间联系密切;单一的胃肠道生物标志物所反映出的胃肠道的健康状况较为局限,因此,胃肠道生物标志物种类的开发意义重大。本文介绍了部分胃肠道生物标志物,并对它们的有效性、诊断准确性和适用性进行了分析,以期为动物胃肠道生物标志物的有效甄别和动物的健康生产提供科学依据。
It is very important for animal production performance and health that to have a strong gastrointestinal function. Gastrointestinal biomarkers can be used to monitor the development and severity of gastrointestinal diseases in animals which play an important role in animal feeding. There are many factors affecting the gastrointestinal health of animals,moreover,every factor is closely related to each other. Due to a limited reflect of gastrointestinal health status by single gastrointestinal biomarker,the development the variety of gastrointestinal biomarkers is of great significance. This paper introduced some gastrointestinal biomarkers,by analyzing their effectiveness,credibility and applicability,aiming to provide scientific basis for effective screening of gastrointestinal biomarkers and healthy animal production.
