摘要
采用垃圾培养基,在城市生活垃圾堆肥处理过程中,温度达45℃和55℃时,对堆肥进行分离,获得19株菌株,并测其蛋白酶、脂肪酶、果胶酶和纤维素酶的酶活。55℃菌株的平均酶活高于45℃菌株,与工艺条件研究结果一致。微生物的分解作用,主要在中温和高温阶段进行。
Using waste as medium, 19 strains were isolated from the compost of municipal solid waste when the temperature was at 45℃ and 55℃. The enzyme activities of protease, lipase, pectase and cellulase were measured respectively. The enzyme activity of thermophilic bacteria was higher than that of mesophilic one, which was the same as the result of technological process. The decomposition of microorganism mainly happened in the thermophilic and mesophilic stage during composting.
