摘要
现场管道膨胀不畅引起的汽轮机组振动问题时有发生,由于现场原因排查比较复杂,且该故障容易同摩擦、热不平衡等振动故障混淆,成为故障诊断的难点问题之一。本文通过理论、数据分析和现场排查,成功诊断并解决印度某厂660 MW超临界汽轮发电机组润滑油管膨胀不畅引起的振动故障,可以作为同类案例参考。
The vibration problem of steam turbine unit caused by the unsmooth expansion of pipeline on site occurs from time to time.Due to the complexity of on-site investigation,the fault is easily confused with friction,thermal imbalance and other vibration faults,which has become one of the difficulties in fault diagnosis.Through analysis on the theory,data and on-site investigation,this paper successfully diagnoses and solves the vibration fault caused by the unsmooth expansion of lubricating oil pipe in a 660 MW supercritical steam turbine generator set in a certain Indian power plant,which can be used as a reference for similar cases.
