摘要
为节省启动能耗,缩短锅炉启动时间,启动过程中提前投入高压加热器系统,由于给水流量较小、管道全冷态等原因,启动过程中正常疏水管道经常出现强烈振动,引起设备损坏并带来安全隐患。分析了管道振动的原因,采取了相应的技改及运行调整措施,有效杜绝了高压加热器启动过程中管道的振动。
To save start-up energy and shorten boiler start-up time,high pressure reheater was put into operation in advance in start-up stage. Due to small water flow and full cold state,dewater pipeline usually serious vibrates during start-up. After analyzing vibration causes,technical improvement was carried out accordingly. Vibration of high pressure reheater in start-up stage was eliminated.
