摘要 汽轮机组是大型火力发电厂的主要设备之一,其振动故障会直接影响电厂的安全运行。对某电厂300 MW汽轮机组中#5、#6机组发生振动的原因进行排查,分析了#5、#6机组振动特点,诊断#5、#6机组振动故障,并对其进行通流改造,有效解决了汽轮机组振动故障,实现了机组的稳定运行。 Steam turbine unit is one of the main equipment in large thermal power plant.The vibration fault of steam turbine will directly affect the safety and operation of power plant.In this paper,first of all,the power plant 300 MW steam turbine unit in the causes for vibration of the#5,#6 units were investigated.The#5,#6 units vibration phenomenon were analyzed and characteristics of the#5,#6 units vibration were diagnosed.The flow passage modification had effectively solved the vibration fault of the steam turbine unit and the stable operation of the unit was realized.
