摘要
在对国产300MW汽轮机低压转子与轴承系统的结构特点分析基础上,结合大量现场试验研究,分析了300MW汽轮机4号轴承不稳定振动的特点。主要从真空变化、轴封蒸汽参数变化以及负荷、轴承标高等的变化对4号轴承不稳定振动的影响加以分析,总结了引起4号轴承不稳定振动的原因,并提出了控制4号轴承不稳定振动的运行与维护措施。
In this disquisition, on the basis of the analysis of the structure characteristic of Lp rotor and bearing system of domestie 300MW turbine units, the characteristic of No. 4 rotor - bearing unstable vibration of 300MW turbine units is analyzed combined with a great deal of local test. The analysis of the influence on the unstable vibration is concentrated on the change of the vacuum ,gland seal steam parameters ,load and the elevation of the bearing. At the same time the origins of the unstable vibration of No. 4 rotor-bearing is summarized and relevant measures for running and maintenance to control the unstable vibration is also put forward.
