环境友好型无机提黏剂合成及表征

摘要 随着新环保法的实施以及人们对环境的日益重视,对钻井液体系提出了较高的要求,目前常用钻井液体系提黏剂的COD值、BOD5值普遍偏高,难于满足清洁化生产的要求,为了降低提黏剂的COD值、BOD5值,提高钻井液的环保性能,合成无机提黏剂G339,通过优化合成工艺条件,形成PK为无机提黏剂G339插层改性剂,室内评价实验结果表明,无机提黏剂G339的COD值80.4 mg/L,BOD5值5.0 mg/L,EC50值48 000 mg/L,重金属离子未检出,TOC值为1 460 mg/L,属于环保型钻井液处理剂,该钻井液处理剂的成功研发对实现苏里格区块的清洁生产与效益开发发挥重要作用。 With the implementation of new environmental law and people pay more attention to the environment, put forward higher requirements on drilling fluid system, commonly used in drilling fluid system provided the sticking and cutting agent COD value,BOD5 value is generally high.It is difficult to meet the requirements of clean production.In order to reduce the COD value and BOD5 value of the sticking and cutting agent,improve the environmental performance of the drilling fluid, so the inorganic extraction agent G339 was synthesized.By optimizing the synthesis conditions, the formation of PK inorganic adhesive provided intercalation modifier.Indoor evaluation experiment results show that the inorganic adhesive G339 provided COD value 80.4 mg/L, BOD5 value 5.0 mg/L, EC50 value 48 000 mg/L, heavy metal ions were not detected, the TOC value is 1 460 mg/L, belonging to the environmental protection drilling fluid additives.It plays an important role in the successful development of this drilling fluid treating agent on the implementation of cleaner production and efficiency in Sulige block development.
