环保型天然高分子水基钻井液的研究与现场应用 被引量:7

摘要 基于天然高分子水基钻井液用主要处理剂:天然高分子包被剂IND30、天然高分子降滤失剂NAT20和NAT50、无荧光白沥青防塌剂NFA25和聚合醇防塌剂PGCS-1,优选出了环保型天然高分子水基钻井液的基本配方:5.0%膨润土+0.1%NaOH+0.3%IND30+0.5%NAT20+0.5%NAT50+2.0%NFA25+2.0%PGCS-1,并对其性能进行了评价。结果表明,该天然高分子水基钻井液具有强抑制能力和良好的抗温性、抗污染性、保护油气田及环保性能。广安地区6口井的现场应用表明,该环保型天然高分子水基钻井液体系维护简单,处理方便,在稳定井壁、提高机械钻速、保护储层、环境保护等方面优点显著,值得进一步推广应用。 Base on main treatment agents used for natural macromolecule water -base drilling fluid, i. e. , eneapsulant IND30, filtrate loss reducer NAT20 and NAT50, non - fluorescent albino asphalt anti - caving additive NFA25 and polymeric alcohol anti friendly natural macromoleeule water - base - caving additive PGCS - 1, a base formulation for environment - drilling fluid was optimized. The formulation was 5.0% bentonite + 0.1% NaOH + 0.3% IND30 + 0.5% NAT20 + 0.5%NAT50 + 2.0%NFA25 + 2.0%PGCS-1. The performance of the formulation was also evaluated. The result showed that the natural macromolecule water- base drilling fluid had strong inhibiting capability and good high -temperature resistance, anti - contamination capability, oil - gas field and environment protection effect. The result of field application in 6 wells of Guang'an area showed the maintenance of the water - base drilling fluid system was simple and treatment was convenient. The system had remarkable strongpoints in increasing penetration speed, protecting reservoir, and protecting environment and was worth promoting.
