环保耐温抗盐型包被剂coater-10的研制与应用 被引量:2

摘要 国内使用的钻井液包被剂主要为有机高分子类,存在适用性单一、耐温抗盐性不够理想、环保性能不满足相应国家标准要求等不足。以生物聚合物为主要合成单体,并加入非离子、阴离子及阳离子单体,采用水溶液聚合制备得到了环保耐温抗盐型包被剂coater-10。结果表明,合成的包被剂coater-10能提高钻井液黏度和动切力,降低钻井液失水量,同时具有较好的耐温抗盐性;铬、汞等主要重金属含量都在GB 4284—84标准要求的限值范围内;急性生物毒性检测EC_(50)值>30 000 mg/L,对环境影响小;生物降解性BC值为20.1,可生物降解,有助于提高钻井液体系整体的环保性能。以coater-10作为环保型海洋钻井液体系的1#配方满足了现场钻井工程要求,同时具有优良的环保性能,减少了对作业区域海洋环境的污染。 At present, the drilling fluid coating agents used in domestic oilfield are mainly organic high-molecular compounds. These coating agents show some drawbacks, such as narrow applicability range, poor temperature resistance and salt tolerance perfor- mance and worse environmental performance, which can not meet the request of corresponding national standards. Taking the biopoly- mer as the main synthetic monomer, mixing with nonionic, anion and cationic monomer, an environmentally friendly coating agent coater-10 with temperature resistance and salt tolerance was obtained by aqueous solution polymerization method. The indoor perfor- mance evaluation and field application results show that the synthetic coating agent coater-10 can improve the viscosity and shear force of drilling fluid, and reduce the loss of drilling fluid, meanwhile, its temperature resistance and salt tolerance are also better. The contents of main heavy metals, such as chromium and mercury, are within the limited standard level of GB4284-84; the value of acute toxicity test ECs0 is greater than 30 000 mg/L, which has little effect on environment; the value of biodegradability BC is 20.1, and this number shows that coater-10 is biodegradable, which is useful for improving the whole environmental performance of drilling fluid system. The ocean drilling fluid system (1#) with environmental coating agent coater-10 meets the demand of drilling engineering and has excellent environmental performance. It reduced the marine environment pollution during the drilling operation.
