环保钻井液Bio-Pro体系在乍得的成功应用 被引量:11

摘要 乍得H区块Bongor盆地在钻井过程中极易引起水化、膨胀、垮塌、缩径等井下复杂情况。研究开发了一种以有机硅稳定剂和聚合醇为主处理剂的新型环保钻井液Bio-Pro。现场应用表明,环保钻井液Bio-Pro性能稳定,具有良好的抑制泥页岩水化膨胀能力,能有效地封堵岩层孔隙和微裂缝,阻止钻井液滤液进一步侵入地层,维持井壁稳定,保证井下安全,满足了环保要求,有效地解决了乍得Bongor盆地泥页岩剥蚀掉块、缩径和坍塌等井下复杂情况。 The total amount of clay mineral in the Ronier and Kubla Formations(Bongor Basin,Chad) is as high as 50%,with illite/montmorillonite being the main component.Clay hydration and swelling resulted in sloughing and tight holes.To drill safely and economically,drilling fluid having a potassium content of 3,000 mg/L was required.Based on field operations and laboratory analysis of the formation characteristics,an organosilicon drilling fluid,Bio-Pro,treated with poly glycol was developed for use in this area.Field application showed that the hydration and swelling of the formation clay,and the associated down hole troubles were all eliminated.
