摘要
为了探究枸杞多糖及其硫酸化修饰产物的免疫调节活性,本研究采用非选择性硫酸化修饰方法,分别针对枸杞多糖组分LbGp1和LbGp4进行硫酸化修饰,进而研究枸杞多糖及其硫酸化产物的理化性质及其免疫调节活性.研究发现,硫酸化修饰能明显增强枸杞多糖的免疫调节活性,并且硫酸化修饰对LbGp4的免疫调节活性影响更加显著.研究结果可为进一步阐明硫酸化枸杞多糖免疫增强作用的分子机制提供科学依据,为深入探讨硫酸化多糖的构效关系奠定理论基础.
In order to investigate the immunoregulatory activity of Lycium barbarum polysaccharides and their sulfated products,non-selective sulfated modification was used to prepare sulfated Lycium barbarum polysaccharide LbGp1 and LbGp4,respectively,and then the physicochemical properties and immunoregulatory activity of Lycium barbarbarum polysaccharides and their sulfated products were well evaluated.The results showed that sulfation modification can significantly enhance the immunoregulatory activity of Lycium barbarum polysaccharides,and the immunoregulatory effect of sulfated LbGp4 showed significant increase.The results provide a scientific basis for further study on the molecular mechanism of immune enhancement of sulfated Lycium barbarum polysaccharides,and lay a theoretical foundation for deep study on the structure-activity relationships of sulfated Lycium barbarum polysaccharides.
