摘要
设计了一种基于可编程控制器(PLC)的钢筋钢带焊接线自适应自动剪切控制系统,旨在保证自动剪切过程的精确性和稳定性。分析了钢筋钢带焊接线的整体结构方案,对剪切装置的结构进行了详细说明,根据生产线的控制要求,给出了系统的控制方案,并详细阐述了变频器、触摸屏以及PLC的硬件选型。该系统通过送料缓存装置,解决了生产线钢带调直系统连续送料与自动焊接系统间断工作之间的矛盾,使用可编程控制器(PLC)自适应控制实现了生产线的连续自动运行。焊接点的稳定性及抗剪性能满足技术要求,生产效率高。
An adaptive automatic shearing control system based on PLC for steel strip welding line is designed to ensure the accuracy and stability of the automatic cutting process.The overall structure scheme of the steel strip welding line is analyzed,and the structure of the shear device is described in detail.The control scheme of the system is proposed according to the control requirements of the production line,and the hardware selection of the frequency converter,touch screen and PLC is expounded in detail.The system solves the contradiction between the continuous feeding of steel strip straightening system and the intermittent work of automatic welding system through the feeding buffer device,and realizes the continuous automatic operation of the production line by using the adaptive control of PLC.The stability and shear resistance of the welding point meet the technical requirements,and the production efficiency is high.
