摘要
配料在许多行业的生产工艺过程中都是非常重要的工序,而现在人工配料已经不能满足现实的需要,因此对自动配料系统的要求越来越迫切;针对这一问题设计开发了基于西门子PLC和威纶触摸屏的自动配料控制系统,阐述了控制系统的硬件组成、程序实现及一些重要的技术问题,生产实践证明此自动配料系统运行稳定,操作灵活,能达到工艺要求,有广阔的应用前景。
Batching in the production process of many industries is very important, but artificial batching can no longer meet the real needs, so the requirements for automatic batching system are increasingly urgent. In order to solve the problem, a Automatic batching con-trol system based on Siemens PLC is designed. The control system hardware, program and some important technical issues are discussed at the same time. It proves that the automatic batching system is running stable, flexible in operation and can achieve the process requirements in production practices, so the system has broad application prospects.
