摘要
布鞋的制作过程中,依靠拉紧鞋帮口锁边线,使其紧贴于鞋楦是一个重要的工序,但该工序主要靠手工完成,劳动强度非常大。在对传统手工布鞋鞋帮收口动作进行分析的基础上,采用PLC控制技术,结合气动系统的优点,设计了一种自动化布鞋鞋帮收口机。以拉线和穿线两个主要机构为例,对机械结构的设计方案、气动系统的选型设计等内容进行详细介绍。多次试验证明,所设计的机构运动可靠,气动系统设计合理,可以替代手工操作。
In the process of cloth shoes' production, tightening the uppers' lock line is an important part to make it close to the shoe last. But the process is mainly relied on workers' handwork, so the labor intensity is very big.We analyze the movement of binding Upper of traditional manual cloth shoe, and apply the pneumatic drive and PLC control technology to design a novel automatic cloth shoes' upper machine. The mechanical structure design scheme and the pneumatic drive system design are introduced. The result shows that the machine is reliable and reasonable to replace manual workers.
