摘要 针对供电企业培训投入产出分析困难、无法准确衡量等问题,在分析目前国内外主流培训项目评估理论和实践的基础上,针对供电企业教育培训工作特点及企业性质,研究培训项目对企业绩效价值传导关系的分析方法,基于计量经济学原理构建了培训投入产出评估模型。以某供电企业近年数据进行了实证研究,根据研究结果给出了完善培训项目设计、优化培训投入结构及改进培训管理等方面的改进措施,为企业培训投入产出评估提供了参考。 For difficulties in analyzing and accurately measuring the input-output of training in power supply companies,this paper analyzes theories and practices of the mainstream training program evaluation at home and abroad and studies the analytic strategy for the value delivery linkage between the training program and corporate performance according to the characteristics of training and the nature of the power supply company,and then builds the training inputoutput evaluation model based on econometric theory.In order to provide useful reference for the input-output evaluation of the training,the paper preforms an empirical research by using the real data of one power supply company,on which the improvement approaches of optimizing training program design,training input structure and training management are proposed.
