基于多级模糊综合评价法的电网调度员培训评估 被引量:17

DISPATCHER TRAINING EVALUATION BASED ON MULTI-GRADE FUZZY COMPREHENSIVE EVALUATION METHOD

摘要 在分析评估方案和电网调度员培训评估特点的基础上,提出了一种利用模糊综合评价法对调度员培训情况进行综合评估的二级评估法,实现了对学员的自动评分。引入德尔菲法建立综合评估指标体系,在此基础上运用层次分析法确定指标体系中各指标的权重,建立了培训评估的评价模型,确定了培训评估的程序和方法。算例表明,应用该指标体系和评估方法可将诸因素对培训评估的影响通过不同层次、不同阶段较为直观地表现出来,从而较好地保证了评估的客观性。 On the basis of analyzing the evaluation plans and distinguishing features of dispatcher training evaluation, a secondary evaluation method that can comprehensively evaluate the dispatcher training by use of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is presented, and automatic scoring to trainees is realized. A comprehensive evaluation index system is established by using Delphi method, on this basis the weights of various indices in the index system can be determined by analytic hierarchy process (AHP). An evaluation model to evaluate the training is built up; the program and method for training evaluation are determined. Results of calculation example show that using above-mentioned index system and evaluation method the impacts of various factors on training evaluation can be expressed by different hierarchies and different stages in direct-viewing manner, thus the objectivity of the evaluation can be well ensured.
