基于配网拓扑矩阵的供电可靠性评估 被引量:18

摘要 传统的配电网供电可靠性算法集中于对系统与负荷整体可靠性的评估,并没有深入研究网架结构对负荷点可靠性的影响.从负荷点主供电路径环节、上下游设备故障影响和负荷点与多电源点的联络情况3方面出发,提出了一种基于配电网拓扑矩阵的供电可靠性评估方法.该方法利用配电网拓扑矩阵,形成了可以量化分析这3个方面对供电可靠性影响的关联关系矩阵,可以快速计算“环节、联络、相互影响”3方面对停电时间的影响,进而准确判定配电网网架结构对供电可靠性产生较大影响的薄弱环节.分析结果可为配电网的可靠性规划提供理论支撑. The traditional distribution network power supply reliability algorithm focuses on the evaluation of the overall reliability of the system and the load,and does not study in depth the effect of the structure of the grid on the reliability of the load point.To this end,this paper analyzes the relationship between the trunk line and the branch line from the grid structure.The distribution network topology matrix is formed by equivalent and matrix construction,and it is applied to the calculation of power supply reliability.The algorithm proposed can not only effectively avoid the repeated retrieval of some lines,thus saving the calculation time,but also quantify the"link,contact,mutual influence"on the impact of reliability indicators.The reliability index analysis of the wiring diagram of a distribution network in a city shows that this method can combine the network structure with the reliability calculation,and therefore effectively reduce the time of reliability calculation.
