摘要
为解决配电网调度员故障仿真培训中的评分问题,建立了一种集故障的范围判定与隔离、健全区域的负荷转供、防误操作于一体的综合故障仿真培训评分方法。首先,建立故障隔离标准规则阵以记录多故障情况下的操作标准和操作范围,建立负荷转供标准规则阵以记录多故障情况下的快速负荷转供策略和操作范围,通过防误操作规则阵以确保调度员的防误及容错操作;其次,建立了故障处理轨迹阵以记录调度员在故障处理中的相关操作信息,结合故障处理标准规则阵及故障处理轨迹阵分别给出了故障隔离、负荷转供及防误操作的评分方法,并结合该方法及各种评分给出了一种调度员故障处理过程的综合评分方法。实例说明,评分方法能较好地反映调度员故障隔离及负荷转移的操作过程。
In order to solve the problem of scoring in dispatcher fault simulation training,a kind of comprehensive scoring method for fault simulation training concentrating on fault range determination and isolation,load transferring and supply in perfect regions and anti-misoperation w as constructed. Firstly,the standard rule array for fault isolation w as established to record operating standards and ranges under the multi-fault condition,the standard rule array for load transferring and supply w as established to record rapid load transferring and supply strategy and operating ranges under the multi-fault condition,and the rule array for anti-misoperation w as used to ensure anti-misoperation and fault-tolerant operation of the dispatcher. Secondly,the fault processing track matrix w as built to record relevant operating information of the dispatcher. By combining standard rule arrays for fault processing and fault processing track matrix,respective scoring method for fault isolation,load transferring and supply and anti-misoperation w as presented.M eanw hile,a kind of comprehensive scoring method for dispatcher fault process w as put forw ard. Actual examples indicate this scoring method can w ell display operating process of fault isolation and load transferring.
