摘要
纵向一体化作为产业价值链整合模式直接影响龙头企业价值实现及其反哺农业的方式和效果。本文以圣农和温氏两家农业龙头企业为例,从资源整合视角对纵向一体化模式下龙头企业价值实现的内在机理进行归纳式案例研究,构建了纵向一体化模式下龙头企业价值实现的理论框架。研究发现:(1)两种不同纵向一体化模式导致龙头企业资源整合特征及其价值实现存在差异;(2)两种不同纵向一体化模式的龙头企业都通过资源整合机制再造克服既有模式的固有缺陷,努力实现经济价值和社会价值的"双提升"。本文的研究结论对优化农业龙头企业产业价值链,发挥农业龙头企业在乡村振兴中的带动作用提供理论支持和实践指导。
From the perspective of resource orchestration and taking Sunner and Wens as example, this paper conducts a inductive case study on the internal mechanism of value realization of leading enterprises under vertical integration mode, and builds a theoretical framework of leading enterprises value realization under vertical integration. The findings are as follow:(1) Different vertical integration modes lead to different characteristics in resource orchestration and value realization.(2) Leading enterprises under two different vertical integration modes are trying to overcome the inherent defects of the vertical integration mode through the re-engineering of the resource orchestration mechanism, and strive to achieve the "double promotion" of economic value and social value. The conclusion of this study provides theoretical support and practical guidance for optimizing the industrial value chain of agricultural leading enterprises and giving full play to the driving role of agricultural leading enterprises in the process of rural revitalization.
