摘要
企业是创新活动的主要承担者。企业在创新活动中,会受到市场、经济、体制和法律等因素的制约。因此,单纯从企业自身角度考虑问题,片面强调企业的主体地位而不对创新环境中的其他要素进行统筹考虑,很难从根本上解决我国企业技术创新动力不足的问题。本文从分析企业自主创新内、外部环境的构成要素入手,阐述了青岛市企业自主创新环境建设的现状以及对企业发展的影响,分析了企业自主创新环境存在问题,提出了优化企业自主创新环境的对策建议。
Enterprises are the main actors in the process of innovation.And their innovation activities are affected by lots of factors,such as the situation of economy,the institution as well as relevant laws.Therefore,focusing on the enterprise itself may not be helpful to solve the problem of inadequate motivation.All the factors mentioned above should be taken into consideration.In this article,we analyze the factors associated with innovations taking place in the enterprises as well as how those inside and outside factors affect the development of the enterprises,and we come up with a few suggestions regarding the currently existing problems in Qingdao.
