摘要
目的:研究黔产地乌泡的化学成分。方法:采用MCI柱色谱、硅胶柱层析、Sephadex LH-20柱色谱等分离手段进行分离纯化,通过波谱数据及理化性质对化合物进行结构鉴定。结果:从地乌泡水提取物中分离得到15个化合物,分别鉴定为:原儿茶酸(1)、没食子酸(2)、邻苯三酚(3)、对羟基苯甲酸(4)、邻苯二酚(5)、大黄素(6)、豆甾-4-烯-3-酮(7)、5,7-二羟基-6,8,4′-三甲氧基黄酮(8)、香草酸(9)、山柰酚-3-O-6″-反式-香豆酰基-β-D-葡萄糖苷(10)、蔷薇酸(11)、2α,3α,19α-三羟基齐墩果-12-烯-28-酸(12)、大黄素-8-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(13)、(6S,9R)-vomifoliol(14)、suavissimoside R1(15)。结论:其中,化合物1~10、13~15为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective:To investigate chemical constituents from Rubus irenaeus.Methods:All compounds were isolated and purified by MCI,silica gel and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatographic techniques.The structures of compounds were identified by physicochemical properties and spectral data.Results:Fifteen compounds were isolated from water extract of Rubus irenaeus and identified as protocatechuic acid(1),gallic acid(2),pyrogallol(3),hydroxybenzoic acid(4),catechol(5),emodin(6),cardamom-4-en-3-one(7),5,7-dihydroxy-6,8,4′-trimethoxyflavone(8),vanillic acid(9),kaempferol-3-O-6″-trans-coumaroyl-β-D-glucoside(10),euscaphicacid(11),2α,3α,19α-trihydroxyolean-12-ene-28-acid(12),emodin-8-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(13),(6S,9R)-vomifoliol(14),suavissimoside R1(15).Conclusion:Compounds 1 to 10,13 to 15 are isolated from this plant for the first time.
