摘要
目的:对瑶药灰色紫金牛的化学成分进行研究。方法:利用硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20柱色谱和薄层色谱等多种色谱分离技术进行分离纯化,根据理化方法和波谱数据鉴定化合物结构。结果:从灰色紫金牛中分离得到了9个化合物,分别鉴定为:岩白菜素(1)、11-O-(3′,5′-二羟基-4′-甲氧基没食子酰基)-岩白菜素(2)、山柰酚-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(3)、羽扇豆醇(4)、槲皮素(5)、香草醛(6)、没食子酸乙酯(7)、4-羟基-3-甲氧基苯甲酸乙酯(8)、α-菠甾醇(9)。结论:化合物1~9均为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective:To study the chemical constituents of Yao medicine Ardisia fordii.Methods:The compounds were isolated and purified by various chromatographic techniques such as silica gel,Sephadex LH-20 and TLC,et al,and their structures were identified on the basis of physicochemical properties and spectral datum.Results:Nine compounds were isolated and identified as bergenin(1),11-O-(3′,5′-dihydroxy-4′-methoxygalloyl)-bergenin(2),kaempferol-3-O-β-D-glucoside(3),lupeol(4),quercetin(5),vanillin(6),ethyl gallate(7),4-hydroxy-3-methoxybenzoate(8),α-spinasterol(9).Conclusion:Compounds 1 to 9 are isolated from Ardisia fordii for the first time.
