摘要
目的:研究叉分蓼Polygonum divaricatum L.全草中的黄酮类化学成分。方法:采用各种柱色谱方法对其进行分离和纯化,根据理化常数和光谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果:从叉分蓼35%乙醇洗脱部位中分离并鉴定了10个黄酮类化合物,分别为:芦丁(1)、槲皮苷(2)、金丝桃苷(3)、槲皮素(4)、山柰酚(5)、异槲皮苷(6)、杨梅素(7)、萹蓄苷(8)、紫云英苷(9)、异鼠李素(10)。结论:所有化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective:To study the chemical constituents of flavonoids from Polygonum divaricatum.Methods:The compounds were isolated and purified by various column chromatography techniques,the chemical structures were identified by physiochemical properties and spectrum analysis.Results:Ten flavonoids were isolated from 35%ethanol elution parts of Polygonum divaricatum and identified as rutin(1),quercitrin(2),hyperoside(3),quercetin(4),kaempferol(5),isoquercitrin(6),myricetin(7),avicularin(8),astragalin(9),isorhamnetin(10).Conclusion:All compounds are isolated from this plant for the first time.
