摘要
目的:对采用传统九蒸九晒方法炮制的熟地黄进行化学成分研究。方法:运用多种色谱方法进行分离纯化,根据化合物的理化性质及波谱特征对其结构进行鉴定。结果:从熟地黄中共分离鉴定了23个化合物,分别为:染料木素-7,4′-二葡萄糖苷(1)、染料木素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷-4′-O-[α-L-鼠李糖基-(1→2)-β-D-葡萄糖苷](2)、kaempferol-3-O-β-sophoroside(3)、genistein-4′-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(4)、paulownin(5)、lariciresinol-4′-O-β-D-glucoside(6)、5-羟甲基糠醛(7)、5-羟甲基糠酸(8)、2-糠酸(9)、1H-pyrrole-2,5-diacarboxylic acid(10)、3-甲氧基-1H-吡咯(11)、3,4-二羟基苯乙酮(12)、2-羟基苯酚(13)、对羟基苯乙醇(14)、对羟基苯甲酸(15)、秦皮乙素(16)、异香草酸(17)、咖啡酸(18)、香草酸(19)、对羟基苯乙酸(20)、反式肉桂酸(21)、5-hydroxy isobenzofuran-1(3H)-one(22)、2-(3′,4′-二羟苯基)-1,3-胡椒环-5-醛(23)。结论:其中,化合物1~5、9~12、22、23为首次从地黄中分离得到。
Objective:To study the chemical constituents of Rehmanniae Radix Praeparata prepared by the traditional method of nine steaming and nine sun-drying.Methods:Various chromatographic methods were used to isolate and purify the compounds,and their structures were identified according to their physicochemical properties and spectral characteristics.Results:Twenty-three compounds were isolated from Rehmanniae Radix Praeparata and identified as genistein-7,4′-di-O-β-D-glucoside(1),genistein-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside-4′-O-[α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→2)-β-D-glucoside](2),kaempferol-3-O-β-sophoroside(3),genistein-4′-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(4),paulownin(5),lariciresinol-4′-O-β-D-glucoside(6),5-(hydroxymethyl)furfural(7),5-hydroxymethyl furoic acid(8),2-furoic acid(9),1 H-pyrrole-2,5-diacarboxylic acid(10),3-methoxy-1 H-pyrrole(11),3,4-dihydroxy-acetophenone(12),catechol(13),p-hydroxyphenethyl alcohol(14),p-hydroxybenzoic acid(15),6,7-dihydroxycoumarin(16),isovanillic acid(17),caffeic acid(18),vanillic acid(19),p-hydroxyphenylacetic acid(20),trans-cinnamic acid(21),5-hydroxy isobenzofuran-1(3 H)-one(22),2-(3′,4′-dihydroxyphenyl)-1,3-benzodioxole-5-aldehyde(23),respectively.Conclusion:Among them,compounds 1 to 5,9 to 12,22,23 are isolated from Rehmanniae Radix Praeparata for the first time.
