摘要
目的:研究合肥十大功劳茎的化学成分。方法:干燥茎粗粉以乙醇回流提取、减压浓缩,提取物用各种分离材料进行分离纯化,通过波谱数据分析及文献比对确定单体化合物的分子结构。结果:从合肥十大功劳茎中分离得到了10个化合物,分别鉴定为:丁香脂素(1)、表丁香脂素(2)、间苯三酚三甲醚(3)、β-谷甾醇(4)、小檗碱(5)、药根碱(6)、氧化小檗碱(7)、polycarpine(8)、皱唐松草酮碱(9)、降氧化北美黄连次碱(10)。结论:以上化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到,其中,化合物3、8、9为首次从该属植物中分离得到,首次通过2D-NMR技术对化合物8、9的核磁数据进行了归属。
Objective:To study the chemical constituents of the stem from Mahonia imbricata.Methods:The crude powder was extracted by ethanol reflux and concentrated by decompression.The extractive was isolated and purified by separation materials,the molecular structures of monomeric compounds were determined by spectral data analysis and literature comparison.Results:Ten compounds from the stem of Mahonia imbricata were isolated and identified as syringaresinol(1),episyringaresinol(2),1,3,5-trimethoxybenzene(3),β-sitosterol(4),berberine(5),jatrorrhizine(6),oxyberberine(7),polycarpine(8),rugosinone(9),noroxyhydrastinine(10).Conclusion:All compounds are isolated from the plant for the first time,while compounds 3,8 and 9 are isolated from the Mahonia genus for the first time.2 D-NMR technology is used to assigned the nuclear magnetic datas of compounds 8 and 9 for the first time.
