摘要
用一种分散剂分散2,5-二巯基-1,3,4-噻二唑制备油溶性金属减活剂。这种金属减活剂可以抑制硫和含硫化合物对铜的腐蚀,对有机钼添加剂的抗磨减摩作用影响不大。还用AES分析了这种金属减活剂在铜表面的情况。
A new type of oil soluble metal activation inhibitor was made by dispersing 2.5-dimereapto-1、3、4-thiadiazole using a disperser. This inhibitor could prevent corrosion of copper caused by sulfur or sulfide and had little affection on anti-wear and antifriction performance of organic molybdenum compound additive, The results of the analyse of this inhibitor on copper surface obtained by AES were described.
