摘要
本文考察了2,5-二巯基-l,3,4-噻二唑(DMTD)几种衍生物防止铜受活性硫腐蚀的效果.首次用AES对DMTD衍生物在铜表面的情况进行了研究.结果表明,DMTD的烷基二硫代物抗腐蚀作用机理可能是在进行表面吸附化学反应时,S-S键断裂,DMTD核与铜表面反应生成抗腐蚀膜.
The effect of using 2,5-bis-(alkyldithio)-1,3,4-thiadiazole to prevent corrosion of copper by active sulfur was investigated.Surface analysis oft he tested copper strip specimens were performed by AES.The mechanism of inhibiting action of 2,5-bis(alkyldithio)-1,3,4-thiadiazole may be that anti-corrosion films are formed in situ on the surface of those specimens by the breakdown of sulfur-sulfur bond of 2,5-bis-(alkyldithio)-1,3,4-thiadiazole and the DMTD(2,5-dimercapto-1,3,4-thiadiazole)nuclei subsequently reacting with the surface of copper.
