摘要 T551是苯三唑型衍生物,T561是嚷二唑型衍生物。本文对T551、T561油样进行氧化及腐蚀试验,将试验后的铜片表面进行了俄歇能谱、电子能谱、多重红外光谱分析。结果表明,T551、T561可在铜表面上生成保护膜,膜中分别保留了苯三唑或噻二唑的环结构,金属减活剂成膜时发生了烷基碳链的断裂。此外,T561还具有捕集活性硫的功能。T551可与铜离子反应,为已有理论提供了实验证据。 T551 is a derivative of benzotriazole and T561 is a derivative of thiadiazole. Oxidation and corrosion tests were carried out for oils doped with these deactivators. The tested copper strips have been analyzed by means of Auger electron spectroscope (AES), XPS and IR. The results show that the mechanism of antioxidation and corrosion inhibition of T551 and T561 is that protective films are formed on the copper surface. The cyclic structure of benzotri—azole and thiadiazole are retained in the films. The carbon chains of alkyl groups in deactivators are broked during the formation of films. Moreover, T561 has the function of catching active sulfur. T551 can react with copper-ions. Experimental evidences are thus provided to support the current theory.
