摘要
通过AES、极化曲线及失重实验,研究了改性噻二唑在发电厂双水内冷发电机空芯铜导线冷却水系统中的缓蚀作用,并与BTA、MBT和MBTA的性能进行了对比。结果表明,改性噻二唑具有较好的水溶性,能在铜表面形成完整的保护膜,对铜材具有较好的缓蚀作用。
The corrosion inhibition of a derivation of thiadiazole to copper wire in cooling water system for generator of the power plant was investigated by AES, polarization curves and weight loss. Its characteristics were compared with that of benzotriazole, methyl benzotrazole and mercaptobenzothiazole. It was showed that the derivative was effective for inhibition the corrosion of copper-based materials becacese of its solubleness in water and forming a protection film on surface of copper.
