摘要
研究 P2 1蛋白的表达与大肠癌发生的关系。应用免疫组化 SABC法分别检测大肠癌组织及其癌瘤手术切除的切缘组织 P2 1蛋白的表达。P2 1蛋白在大肠癌组织中的阳性率为 6 5 .0 % ,在切缘组织中的阳性率为 15 .0 % ,大肠癌组织与切缘组织阳性率比较有极显著性差异 ,P<0 .0 1。结果表明 P2 1蛋白的表达与大肠癌的组织学类型、 Dukes分期、分化程度无关 ,P>0 .0 5。提示 P2 1蛋白在大肠癌的发生中发挥重要作用。
In order to study the expression of P21 protein in colorectal cancer, the expression of P21 protein was detected by using immunohistochemistry SABC in colorectal cancer tissue and the resected margin tissue. Results showed the positive rate of P21 protein expression in colorectal cancer tissue and the resected margin tissue was 65 0 % and 15 0 % respectively with the difference being significant ( P <0 05). Positive rate of P21 protein expression was not obviously related with classification of histology, Dukes stages and degree of differentiation ( P >0 05). It was suggested that P21 protein might play an important role in the development of colorectal cancer.
