摘要 研究了在稀硫酸及沸水浴中 ,痕量铁 (Ⅲ )对过氧化氢氧化水溶性番红花红O褪色的催化作用 ,建立了催化光度法测定痕量铁的方法 ,考察了影响反应速率的条件。线性范围为 0~0 4 μg/ 2 5ml,检出限为 3.5 4× 10 - 10 g·ml- 1。方法用于饮用水及粮食样品中铁的测定 。 The catalytic effect of trace amounts of Fe(Ⅲ) on the color-fading reaction of safranin O oxidized by hydrogen peroxide in a dilute sulfuric acid medium heated in a boiling water bath were studied and the optimum reaction conditions were tested. Based on the experimental results, a new catalytic method for the determination of trace amounts of iron (Ⅲ) was proposed. Linear relationship between the decrease in absorbance of safranin O and the concentration of iron (Ⅲ) was held in the range 0 to 0.4μg per 25ml of solution. The limit of detection was found to be 3.54×10 -10g·ml -1. This method has been applied to the analysis of drinking water and grain samples.
