摘要
在H2SO4介质中,痕量铁(Ⅲ)对KBrO3氧化甲基橙褪色反应有很强的抑制作用,建立了阻抑动力学光度法测定痕量铁(Ⅲ)的新方法。在选定条件下,方法的线性范围是0.0080~0.088μg/mL,检出限为3.18×10^-9g/mL。
In a dilute sulfuric acid medium, trace amounts of Fe( Ⅲ ) showed a strong inhibition catalytic effect on the oxidation reaction between methyl orange and potassium bmmate. Based on these phenomena, a new kinetic spectrophotometric method for the determination of trace amounts of Fe( Ⅲ ) was established. The detection limit and the linear range of Fe( Ⅲ ) are 3.18 × 10^-9 g/mL and 0.0080 ~ 0.088 μg/mL, respectively.
