从造血生长因子、造血基质细胞、造血微循环及细胞凋亡等方面探讨了中药促进骨髓造血的机理 ,为中药的应用提供科学依据。
To observe the changes of hemopoietic growth factors(HGF),bone marrow stromal cells(BMSC),bone marrow microcirculation and bone marrow hemopoitic cell apoptosis after using traditional chinese drug,then discuss its mechanism on promoting bone marrow hemopoiesis and provide scientific proof for usage of traditional chinese drug.
