摘要
本文用循环吹气吸附法捕集山苍子根头香,用同时蒸馏萃取法提取山苍子根精油。用GC-MS-DS联用仪从山苍子根头香中分离鉴定了71种组分,占色谱峰总面积的98.62%;从精油中分离鉴定了37种组分,占总色谱峰面积的97.46%。再用双柱GC标样程升保留指数法对部分组分进行了确证。头香中确证了45种组分,占总峰面积的82.73%;精油中确证了24种组分,占总峰面积的93.42%。头香中含量较大的组分有萘(12.64%)、α-蒎烯(10.08%)、香茅醛(9.66%)、柠檬烯(9.5%)、β-蒎烯(8.89%)、樟脑(6.33%)、异胡薄荷醇(5.60%)等。精油的主要成分是香茅醛(58.86)、香茅醇(8.80%)、柠檬烯(5.43%)和α-蒎烯(4.32%)。
The chemical constituents of fragrance volatile and essential oil of litsea cubeba root have been investigated in this work. 71 components of the fragrance volatile were separated and identified by GC-MS. covering 98.62% of the total peak area; 37 components of essential oil were separated and identified, occupying 97.46% of the total peak area. Then 44 of the former, (84.50%), and 24 the of latter, (93.42%) were further identified by dual column temperature-programmed retention indexes with corresponding authentic samples. The main constituents of the fragrance volatile of litsea cubeba root were naphthalene (12.64%);α-pinene(10.08%) ,citronellal(9.66%), limon-ene(9.5%), β-pinene(8.89%), camphor(6.33%), isopulegol(5.6%), and those of the essential oil were citronellal(58.86%), citronellol(8.80%), limonene(5.43%) and aaaaaaaaaaa-pinene(4.32%).
