摘要
本文采用气相色谱—质谱联机的分析方法,分析了酸浆浆果挥发油的化学成分,并从中确定了17种化合物,鉴定组成古挥发油总量的84.49%,其中邻苯二甲酸二丁基酯为酸浆特效成分。
The essential oil of berry of Physalis pubescens was analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)and seventeen constituents were identified respectively.The special constituent of the essential oil was 1,2 -benzenedicar boxylic acid,dibutyl ester.
