摘要
山苍子[Litsea cubeba(Lour.)Pers]精油是我国南方几个省区的重要植物原料产品,我们曾采用恒温毛细管色谱方法,进行组分分离和主成分柠檬醛的定量测定方法简易可靠,但微量组分的检出灵敏度稍低。本工作采用超临界流体色谱仪,对山苍子油的毛细管超临界流体色谱(CSFC及毛细管气相色谱(CGC)
Techniques of capillary column supercritical fluid chromatography and capillary column gas chromatogra phy for Litsea Cubeba oil separation have been investigated.The relations between R vs.T and R vs.P in CSFC run were explored.The results for the separation of most of Litsea Cubeba Oil components are satisfactory with the combination of CSFC and CGC.
