摘要
用冷冻捕集法收集到荔枝头香水溶液，通过ＡｍｂｅｒｉｔｅＸＡＤ系列的吸附树脂富集到有一定浓度的头香样品，用色谱－质谱联用技术检定出３４种化学组分，其中８０％以上是含氧化合物。
The volatile constituents of Litchi have been investigated by the com-bined technique of gas chromatography/mass spectrometry。34 components were identified and confirmed. From them the compounds containing oxygen are more than 80%.
