摘要
五味子是我国传统的药食兼用植物,其有效成分为五味子木脂素类化合物.在查阅、收集国内五味子木脂素提取方法相关文献基础上,综述近几年五味子木脂素提取工艺研究进展,以期为进一步开展五味子相关研究提供参考.
Schisandrae schisandrae is a traditional medicine and food plant in China, and the active component is Schisandra Chinensis Lignans compound. On the basis of lookting up and collecting the related documents of the extraction methods of Schisandra Chinensis Lignans in China, this paper summarized the research progress of the extraction technology of Schisandra Chinensis Lignans in recent years, in order to provide reference for further research on Schisandra Chinensis.
