摘要
采用离子液体分散液-液微萃取(IL-DLLME)饮用水中痕量生长素吲哚乙酸(IAA),在单因素试验基础上,以离子液体体积、分散剂体积、离子强度、溶液p H为影响因子,以IAA萃取回收率为评价指标,进行4因素3水平的响应面优化设计。结果表明:影响IAA回收率的因素从大到小依次为分散剂体积、p H、离子液体体积、离子强度,最佳萃取条件为离子液体(C6MIM)(PF6)体积89. 5μL、分散剂丙酮体积1. 2 m L、Na Cl质量浓度40. 0 g/L、p H为8. 0,在此条件下,结合高效液相色谱测定IAA回收率,可达89. 37%。该法对目标物提取有良好的预测作用,简便高效、精密度高、环境友好,可用于饮用水中IAA的快速富集与检测。
The growth element indoleacetic acid(IAA)was traced from drinking water by using ionic liquid dispersion liquid microextraction(IL-DLLME).Based on single-factor experiment,the design of Box-Behnken response surface with four factors and three levels was optimized by using Design-Expert8.0.6 software.The results indicated that the sequence of factors impacting the recovery rate of IAA is dispersant volume,pH value,ionic liquid volume and ionic strength,sorted from the largest to the smallest.The optimal conditions of extraction were as follows:89.5μL(C6MIM)(PF6),1.2 mL acetone,NaCl mass concentration(40.0 g/L),and pH 8.0,under which the recovery rate of IAA by HPLC was 89.37%.This method could better predict the extraction of target compound,and simply,efficiently,precisely and in an environment-friendly way detect and analyze IAA in drinking water.
