摘要
糖尿病肾病(Diabetic nephropathy,DN)为临床常见病,近年来学者对中医药治疗DN进行了深入的研究,取得了满意的结果,但尚未形成统一的辨证体系和诊治标准。笔者从病因病机、辨证分型和临床及实验研究等方面论述了近年来中医药诊治DN的发展状况,从不同方面证明中医药治疗DN可显著减少尿蛋白,改善肾脏功能,延缓肾脏衰竭的进程。
Diabetic nephropathy(DN) is a common clinical disease. In recent years, in-depth study on the Chinese medicine for the treatment of DN by researches with has been conducted and satisfactory effect has been achieved. However,unified syndrome differentiation system and diagnosis and treatment standard have been yet formed. The authors discussed the development of Chinese medicine in the diagnosis and treatment of DN in recent years from the aspects of etiology,pathogenesis, syndrome differentiation and typing, clinical and experimental studies, and proved that Chinese medicine treatment of DN can significantly reduce urinary protein,improve the kidney function and delay the process of kidney failure.
