摘要
目的分析中药熏洗配合针刺对糖尿病周围神经病变的治疗效果。方法选择福州市第八医院2017年1月—2019年4月糖尿病周围神经病变患者共102例,按照随机数字表法分为2组,每组51例,对照组的患者给予甲钴胺治疗,观察组在该基础上增加中药熏洗配合针刺。比较2组治疗前后患者神经传导速度(腓总神经运动、感觉传导速度+胫神经运动、感觉传导速度)、总有效率。结果治疗前2组患者神经传导速度(腓总神经运动、感觉传导速度+胫神经运动、感觉传导速度)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);而治疗后2组神经传导速度(腓总神经运动、感觉传导速度+胫神经运动、感觉传导速度)均加速,且观察组神经传导速度(腓总神经运动、感觉传导速度+胫神经运动、感觉传导速度)均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率为100.00%(51/51)高于对照组的82.35%(42/51),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论甲钴胺联合中药熏洗配合针刺对于糖尿病周围神经病变的治疗效果确切,可更好地提高治疗效果和改善患者周围神经功能,是一种有效的治疗方案,值得推广应用。
Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of Chinese medicine fumigation and washing combined with acupuncture on diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods 102 cases of patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy in Fuzhou Eighth Hospital from January 2017 to April 2019 were randomly divided into control group and control group,with 51 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with mecobalamin.The observation group was treated with Chinese medicine fumigation and washing combined with acupuncture.Nerve conduction velocity(peroneal nerve movement,sensory conduction velocity+tibial nerve movement,sensory conduction velocity)and total effective rate were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results Before treatment,the nerve conduction velocity(common peroneal nerve movement,sensory conduction velocity+tibial nerve movement,sensory conduction velocity)was compared between the two groups,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After treatment,the nerve conduction velocity(common peroneal nerve movement,sensory conduction velocity+tibial nerve movement,sensory conduction velocity)accelerated in both groups.The nerve conduction velocity(common peroneal nerve movement,sensory conduction velocity+tibial nerve movement,sensory conduction velocity)in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of observation group was 100.00%(51/51),which was higher than that of control group(82.35%,42/51),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Mecobalamin combined with Chinese medicine fumigation and washing combined with acupuncture is effective in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy,which can better improve the therapeutic effect and improve the peripheral nerve function of the patients.It is an effective treatment scheme and is worth popularizing and applying.
