摘要
长三角地区的地方高校“因地而设、受地支持、为地服务”,应主动对接区域经济新常态。分析长三角区域经济新常态的主要特征及其对机械类人才的新需求,阐述了地方高校机械类人才培养对接长三角经济新常态的现实意义。提出了地方高校机械类人才培养对接长三角区域经济新常态的目标取向:基于长三角经济新常态对机械类人才的新需求,构建新常态下与区域经济协同发展的高等教育机械类人才培养体系,建立地方高校机械类人才培养主动适应、支撑协同长三角区域经济新常态的有效机制。从人才培养体系创新、培养路径优化、课程体系重构、教学范式变革、质量评价与持续改进等方面探究地方高校机械类人才培养对接长三角经济新常态的策略。
Local colleges and universities in the region of Yangtze River Delta are established and supported by local governments and aim to serve the development of local economy.They should actively dock with the new normal of the regional economy.The paper analyses the main features of the economic new normal in the Yangtze River Delta region and its new requirements for mechanical talents,and elaborates the realistic significance of cultivating mechanical talents at local colleges and universities through docking with the new normal of Yangtze River Delta economy.In turn,the paper puts forward the target orientation of the cultivation of mechanical talents at local colleges and universities to dock with the new normal of regional economy in the Yangtze River Delta.Based on the new demand for mechanical talents in the new normal economy of the Yangtze River Delta,the cultivating system of mechanical talents in higher education is constructed with the coordinated development of regional economy in the new normal environment,and an effective mechanism of cultivating mechanical talents in local colleges and universities initiatively coordinating with the new normal regional economy of the Yangtze River Delta should also be established.Finally,such strategies as the innovative talent training system,training path optimization,the curriculum system reconstruction,reform of teaching paradigm,quality evaluation and continuous improvement are explored in terms of mechanical talents cultivation at local colleges and universities docking with the economic new normal in Yangtze river delta.
