摘要
"以人为本"是"中国制造2025"的重要基础,本文综合分析了"中国制造2025"战略提出所面临的新形势,以及新形势下我国工程科技人才队伍的现状与挑战,指出现阶段我国工程科技人才在培养理念、教学内容以及资源配套等方面存在的若干问题。针对这些问题,本文提出要通过构建"三个体系",完善多层次人才培养保障机制;实现"三维磨合",完善系统化人才培养结构;提升"四项能力",优化高层次人才培养资源,从而进一步提升我国工程科技人才培养的质量。
With ＂people oriented＂ principle as the foundation of the ＂Made in China 2025＂ Plan, this article aims to analyze the new situation of the Plan and the challenges which Chinese engineering technology talents are facing under the circumstances, thus pointing out the problems existed in the principles, curriculums and resource support of Chinese engineering technology talents cultivation. To solve these problems, it is necessary to establish ＂three systems＂ to optimize the security mechanism of multi-layer talents; realize ＂coordination in three dimensions＂ to perfect the talents cultivation mode; and improve ＂four abilities＂ to optimize cultivation resources for high-end talents, thus further improving the quality of Chinese engineering technology talents cultivation.
