摘要
现阶段,随着知识更新速度加快,高职院校教师应努力提升自身的学习力。高职院校教师学习力的构成要素包括学习内驱力、学习能力、学习互惠力和学习创新力。高职院校教师与高职院校必须共同努力,从完善管理制度、信息共享、构建教师学习共同体等途径出发提升学习力。
At present, with the acceleration of knowledge updating, higher vocational teachers should strive to improve themselves learning ability. The elements of higher vocational teachers' learning ability include learning drive-force, learning ability, learning reciprocity and learning innovation. Higher vocational colleges and teachers must work together to improve their learning ability by improving the management system, sharing information and building a teacher learning community.
