摘要
芬兰中学生涯指导在促进学生全面发展、培养积极参与的公民的过程中发挥着重要作用。芬兰将生涯指导视为学校教育的重要组成部分,构建了金字塔型的生涯指导体系,基于核心素养制定生涯指导的目标与内容,实施方式多元,且注重学生的自我评价;并且通过制度建设、师资培养、跨部门协作为中学生涯指导提供支持与保障。其经验值得我国借鉴,在建设我国学生发展指导制度的过程中,应当注重建立健全学生发展指导的顶层设计,加强学生发展指导的专业师资队伍建设,以及学校内外协作,为其提供充分的资源与支持。
Guidance and counseling in Finnish secondary schools plays an important role in promoting the personalized growth of students and the cultivation of active citizens. Finland regards guidance and counseling as an important component of school education and constructs a pyramid-shaped system. The objectives and contents of Guidance and counseling are formulated based on transversal skills, implemented in multiple ways. Students’ self-evaluation is used for guidance and counseling evaluation. Moreover, guidance and counseling is supported by institution construction, professional guidance counselor training and cross-sectoral co-operation. Its experience is worthy of our country's consideration and reference. In the process of building our country's student development guidance system, we should pay attention to the establishment and improvement of top-level design of student development guidance, strengthen the training of professional guidance counselor team, and provide sufficient resources and support for it through the cooperation within and outside the school.
