摘要
新时期的教育改革和发展要求普通高中多样化发展,推进培养模式多样化,提高质量,办出特色,满足不同潜质学生的发展需要。湘西州民族中学准确把握时代发展的脉搏,结合学校实际,在建立学生发展指导制度方面进行了积极大胆的探索,构建了4种模式,从学生的理想、心理及学业等方面进行指导,满足不同潜质学生的发展需要,促进了教学质量的不断提升。
Education reform and development for ordinary high schools in the new era are characterized as diversifying the development, promoting the diversification of training mode, improving quality, and satisfying the needs of students based on their own potential. The central idea of education reform in Xiangxi Zhou Min Zu high school is in line with the above standards. Four unique patterns have been built accordingly in order to explore the guidance system for students＇ development. Within these four patterns, the ideal, psychological and academic aspects will be examined. Consequently, the different needs of development for students can be satisfied, and ultimately, the education quality will be prompted constantly.
