摘要
师生关系是学校这一场域中最主要的人际关系,在师生矛盾转化中,教师应减少直接干预,采用疏通与指导的方式,分级分类地处理教师与学生之间的矛盾,避免两者之间低水平的冲突,促进教师与学生之间矛盾的积极转化。
The relationship between teachers and students is the school a domain most important interpersonal relations, in the contradiction between teachers and students, the teacher should reduce the direct intervention, with the method of dredging and guiding, hierarchical classification to deal with the contradiction between teachers and students, avoid between low levels of conflict, promote the positive transformation of contradiction between the teachers and students
