摘要
针对矿井液压绞车开环控制系统缺乏反馈功能,稳定性、可靠性低等问题,提出了以单片机和PID控制器为核心的液压控制系统。并对液压绞车的提升、下降和制动自动控制流程和元件进行了分析,仿真模拟研究了自动控制下改变速度对电机转速的影响。结果表明,该液压自动控制系统可以对液压绞车运行速度进行调节,使得JKY型液压绞车运行稳定可靠,这对矿井提升运输具有重要的生产意义。
In view of the lack of feedback function,stability and low reliability of open loop control system of mine hydraulic winch,the closed loop automatic control of single chip microcomputer and PID controller as the core is put forward.The automatic control flow and components of lifting,dropping and braking of hydraulic winch are improved.The effect of changing speed on motor speed under automatic control is simulated and studied.The results show that the automatic control system can adjust the running speed of the hydraulic winch,and the JKY hydraulic winch has a stable and reliable operation,which has important production significance for mine hoisting and transportation.
