摘要
为了提高防爆液压绞车的调速精度和自动化程度,改善系统平稳性、响应特性和安全性,设计了防爆液压绞车电液控制系统,实现了液压绞车的速度闭环控制。建立了电液控制系统的数学模型,利用MATLAB-Simulink仿真验证了数学模型的正确性。对电液系统进行了PI校正,提高了系统的动态特性,对系统进行了仿真分析。仿真结果符合预期,为后续防爆液压绞车的研究工作提供了可靠的理论基础。
In order to improve the speed control precision, automaticity, stability, response characteristics and security of the anti-explosion hydraulic winch, an electrohydraulic control system is designed to realize the closed-loop control of speed of the hydraulic winch. The mathematic model of the electrohydraulic control system is established, the correctness of which is proved based on MATLAB-Simulink. With PI controller, the dynamic performance of the electrohydraulic control system is improved. Based on MATLAB-Simulink, the simulation results are analysed, which meet the expectations. The study mentioned above provides the reliable theory basis for further study on the anti-explosion hydraulic winch.
