摘要
电液伺服控制是实现防爆液压提升机的自动闭环控制,提高其动态性能和控制水平的必然选择。在对现有液压提升机的液压控制系统结构与特点的分析基础上,提出了泵控马达和阀泵并联控马达2种电液伺服控制方案,并针对传统液压提升机的自动化改造,在保留ZBS变量泵的基础上,设计了带/不带位置环的防爆液压提升机电液伺服控制系统。
To realize the automatic closed-loop control and improve the dynamic performances and the control level of anti-explosion hydraulic hoists,the electro-hydraulic servo control is the best choice. Based on the structure and characteristics of hydraulic control systems of current hydraulic hoists,two electro-hydraulic servo control schemes were proposed: pump controlling motor and pump-valve parallel connecting to control motor. Finally,in view of automation transformation of traditional anti-explosion hydraulic hoists,based on reserving the ZBS variable pump,the electro-hydraulic servo control system with or without a position loop for anti-explosion hydraulic hoists were designed.
